You can customize your dog’s box to fit their play style, preferences, and even allergies. Choose a mix of toys and treats, toys only, or even combine softer plush options with our power chewer toys.

BULLYMAKE is dedicated to crafting some of the TOUGHEST toys on the planet. We know your dogs are no ordinary chewers; they're four-legged destruction machines! 💪 Our toys are the superheroes of the dog toy world, built to stand up to the most ferocious of fidos.
But hey, we're not perfect (close to it, though 😉). So here's our ironclad guarantee: If one of our toys, purchased from an authorized retailer, meets its match with your dog's jaw of justice, or it's just not the right fit for your pup, let us know within 45 days of your purchase. We'll replace it with a different toy type (limit to one per month), no questions asked. Because at BULLYMAKE, we're committed to keeping tails wagging safely and strongly!
To request a replacement toy, simply take a picture and send it to our Customer Care Team at customercare@BULLYMAKE.com. We will ship you a different toy FOR FREE! After all, you're part of the BULLYMAKE family – where satisfaction isn't just a promise, it's our battle cry!
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States and claims must be made within 45 days from the date of receipt of your last box or purchase of the toy from an authorized retailer.
Compana reserves the right to request the packaging and remaining portion of the product subject to the claim depending on the issues cited. To that end, you may be required to mail the unused portion of the toy back to Compana under a return request issued by Compana. Please do not mail products to Compana without a return request, and please note that you may be responsible for the mailing costs.
Our Solid Promise Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify or request additional information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. - Nylon - The Toughest Toy: Rock hard, single piece of solid Nylon. It's like the superhero of dog toys, built for the most ferocious chewers on the planet. Think your pup has jaws of steel? Challenge accepted. Our Nylon toys are for the ultimate chewers, the legends of the dog park, the ones who make other toys quiver in fear!
- Rubber - Toss N’ Treat: Our Rubber toys are our 2nd toughest toy. It's like the trusty sidekick to our Nylon hero - still incredibly tough, but with a bit more 'give.' Perfect for dogs who love a good gnaw but aren't quite in the 'super-chewer' league. These toys are bouncy, durable, and ready for some serious playtime. You can even add a few treats to the center for a fun challenge.
- Rope - The Tough Tugger: For the dogs that love a good game of tug-of-war, our Rope toys are your go-to. Thick woven for added toughness to withstand a good thrashing and made with 100% cotton keeping those precious canines safe.
- Ballistic - Tug n’ Pull: Not for gnawing, our Ballistic toys are for the pups who like a bit of roughhousing with their human. They're tough, they're durable, but they've got a gentler side too. An added crinkle to keep their attention.
- Plush - The Soft but Sturdy: The softest in our lineup, Plush is perfect for a light chew session, followed by a cuddle. Be warned, excitement may over take your dog and a plush toy may be sacrificed. It was the squeaker’s fault not your dogs.

In response to customer feedback, we added plush toys to our collection to cater to the needs of gentle chewers in households with multiple dogs. And let’s be honest, sometimes your dog needs a win to prove he still has it. Our plush toys are crafted from lightweight materials specifically designed for dogs that prefer a softer chewing experience. Please keep in-mind that this is not our toughest toy type and can be destroyed. For the toughest toys, we recommend our Nylon or Rubber toys.

Yes, we can accommodate your dog(s)’ allergy needs. We currently cater to beef, chicken, & grain allergies. If your dog has many allergies, we even have a “toys only” option! You will inform us of your dog’s allergy during the sign up process. You can also update your dog’s allergy information at any time through your account.

Yes! We offer a toys only box. When you sign up for your first box, you may select the “toys only” option, which will include 4 toys per month and no treats.
If at any time you wish to change the type of box you receive, you can update your box type through your account. You may also contact our Customer Care team for help by emailing customercare@BULLYMAKE.com or by our live chat feature in the bottom right corner of our site.

Our Toys & Treats box includes 2-3 tough toys and 3 tasty treats depending on your plan. Also, if you choose our "toys only" box, you will receive 4-5 toys depending on your plan! You can customize each toy you receive based on your dog’s play style and inform us of allergy issues to ensure our treat options fit your dog’s needs.

At this time, Canada and Australia cannot receive shipments with treats. We are working with both borders. Orders will automatically be switched to our "toys only" option which includes 4-5 toys per shipment!

It takes about 4-8 hours for our shipping data to pass to the carrier after shipping label creation. Nothing to worry about, it will update shortly!

Once you’ve completed your initial plan commitment, you are eligible to cancel your plan at any time. For example, if you purchase a 6 month plan, you are eligible to cancel any time after your 6th shipment has been completed.
1 month plans are eligible to cancel at any time without any additional fees.
When you select a multi-month plan, you are committing to the length of the plan you selected.
If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of your initial plan commitment, early cancellation fees may apply.
You are able to disable the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time. You will receive the remaining shipments in your subscription, but will receive no additional shipments after your plan has been completed.

Shipping Questions

We ship out boxes the next business day after the order has been placed. From the shipping date, estimated delivery is 5-10 business days within the continental US and 10-15 business days outside of the continental US when standard shipping is selected.

We ship via DHL. Please use a physical mailing address for shipping purposes to avoid complications. DHL is unable to make deliveries to PO boxes in Canada. If you want to ship to a PO Box in the USA, please select standard shipping.

A shipping fee of $4 applies to multi-month plans within the USA. Shipping to Canada and Australia costs an additional $8.00/month

BULLYMAKE boxes ship the next business day after the order has been placed. Subsequent orders are shipped every 30 days after your first shipment date. We do not ship on weekends. If your order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, then your order will be shipped the following Monday.
